A broadcast on BBC London last night explored some of the key legacy promises made for the London 2012 Olympic Games. And Xperiology's Ian Nuttall was asked for his views on the main stadium legacy plans...

London won the bid to stage the Olympics on the basis of an extraordinary promise of a lasting legacy. With the Games less than 500 days away, BBC London raised the questions around several of the key legacy promises of 2012 bid.

Produced by Sankha Guha and presented by leading political journalist Jon Sopel,  Promises. Promises: The Olympic Legacy scrutinised several the original pledges (in particular jobs, regeneration, sustainability and sports participation) and asked if the legacy of the Games can really be delivered.

Xperiology's Ian Nuttall, founder of TheStadiumBusiness, added his observations with regards to the lack of effective legacy consideration for the £500m+ main Olympic Stadium. Pulling no punches, he described the legacy plan as "a cock-up"!
