Manchester United FC joins international speaking line up at Nordic Venue Forum 2012

Caroline McEleney, Head of Hospitality Sales, Manchester United FC is one of the latest speakers to be confirmed for Nordic Venue Forum 2012, in Oslo, 19-20 June 2012.

At Nordic Venue Forum 2012, Caroline McEleney, Head of Hospitality Sales, Manchester United FC will join Session VII: The Red Carpet, to provide an insight into how Manchester United aims to exceed expectations for their corporate customers… and the lessons that venues in other markets can learn from their approach.

About the speaker:

As Head of Hospitality Sales, Caroline McEleney is responsible for the sell-out of the stadium in all Executive Club seasonal facilities and Matchday VIP Hospitality. Caroline joined the business in October 2008 and has introduced a proactive culture to the sales function; recruited a strong, effective sales team encouraging them to source new business opportunities and has introduced new, innovative routes to market. This, in addition to the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns, has helped to sell out all seasonal inventory for season 2011/12. Caroline continues to recommend improvements to the hospitality facilities and product offering to maintain the ultimate goal of stadium sell out.
