ARTS PATRONS: Mobile Preferences

Group of Minds Arts Marketing Consultants has this week announced the release of new research into the mobile preferences of arts and cultural patrons.

The six page report, available to download below, is a 2012 update to the “arts patrons: mobile preferences” work the firm did in 2009.

Working with six partner service organizations, Group of Minds asked 45,000 patrons about their use of mobile devices in relation to the arts.

The report explores the differences that three years can make, and gives recommendations on engaging with patrons via mobile.
