To celebrate another amazing year of events and news, the XP team had themselves a very merry home-style christmas again this year… and it was just perfect.
Each year we theme the secret Santa with a bit of a challenge, for the more competitive members of the team (not naming any names, but it might just rhyme with ‘Brangelina’).
The theme this year was a randomly selected colour and a budget of strictly £11. There were some questionable present choices, some creative present choices and some truly awful present choices. But it was fun to open so many nonetheless!
To accompany the grand present opening, the team were treated to a five-course ‘tapas’ style Christmas feast that somehow took more than five hours to finish. The wine might have slowed down proceedings.
And there was the return of the XP Christmas quiz, this time hosted by director Ian. Although conversations got a little heated during round one, we all agreed that it was the ‘taking part and having fun that mattered’ (yeah, right).
All in all, it was a fabulous day and the team have now gone their separate ways to see the New Year in with their families.
