With all the team enjoying vast quantities of mince pies and glasses of wine over the Christmas period today we all returned to the office to continue organising our world-class conferences.
To ensure we got to grips with everyone’s New Year’s resolutions and what the year ahead will look like we ventured down to the local tea room to discuss, unsurprisingly, over a cup of tea.
After finding out our Event Manager, Tamara Nasser, will be quitting smoking (bravo!) and our Event Coordinator, Lizzie Etherington will be cutting out beer (rather you than me) we got straight down to business for the year ahead here at XP.
A quick reflection on 2015 reminded us all what a fantastic year we had. We assembled over 200 expert industry speakers who shared 1,000s of lessons and insights to over 2,000 delegates across the globe!
Whilst this is a fantastic achievement our ambitious goals for 2016 will dwarf the achievements of 2015 and I can proudly state on behalf of everyone here at XP we are all extremely excited about the future. Stay tuned, 2016 is set to be massive year here at XP…
